    红楼美食

    看过很多遍红楼梦,也看过和红楼有关的各种书,但不得不承认,曹雪芹这满纸荒唐言是这般的博大精深。

    打开电视看新闻,后换台时无意中看到了CCTV的中华医药节目在介绍红楼中的美食,有些好奇的看了下去,才发现,原来我们平时所食的粳米,竟是如此补人之物。

    简单列出节目中的食品及做法,全凭耳听心记,然后记于电脑之上,如有疏漏或偏颇,还请大家不吝指出:

    1、奶子糖粳米粥:补益虚劳,促进人体对牛奶的吸收,缓解乳糖不耐症
    取适量水于砂锅中,大火烧开。水开之后,将淘好的粳米下锅,继续大火至烧开。改小火,继续熬1个小时左右,至粥呈粘稠状态,加入牛奶并搅拌均匀。继续熬约5分钟即成。食用时,根据个人口味添加白糖或红糖调服即可。
    2、鸭子肉粥:利水消肿,为缓解妊娠水肿的首选佳品
    将鸭肉切小块,用少量食盐、适量黄酒拌匀后腌制两个小时。烧开水,将腌制好的鸭肉入锅煮上几滚,去浮沫,加入淘好的粳米,继续用小火熬1小时左右,放入鸡粉、葱花即成。
    3、燕窝粥:健脾润肺,润肤养颜,对胃弱少食、咳嗽气短有良效
    将燕窝以适量凉开水泡发16个小时左右,然后放入40度左右温水中继续泡发6个小时。取出燕窝,去除杂质,漂洗干净。砂锅大火加热适量水,水温后将处理好的燕窝放入锅中,拌匀,大火滚煮几分钟。加入淘好的粳米,继续大火烧开。改小火慢熬,1小时候加入冰糖,即可出锅食用。
    4、红稻米粥:补血生津,对女性月经崩漏有非常好的疗效
    将淘好的红稻米放入清水中浸泡4到6个小时。向砂锅中加适量水,大火烧开。水开后,将泡好的红稻米加入锅中,继续大火至烧开。加入红枣,中火熬制20分钟。加入枸杞,小火慢煮1小时,加入冰糖即可出锅食用。

    很多朋友不知道粳米是什么米,在这里废话解释一下:

    粳米,是粳稻的种仁,又称大米。其味甘淡,其性平和,每日食用,百吃不厌,是天下第一补人之物。
